We also ride dirt. I have a KTM 250XC and she has a KTM 300XCW.
My newest addition is a '08 KTM 950SE. Nothin like riding a 950 V twin in the dirt!

I am a genuie motorcycle nut. I decided nine motorcycles is not enough for me.. Yesterday, I purchased my tenth motorcycle, which is my 3rd electric.

It is a 2020 Energica Eva Esse Esse 9.

I had to travel here to Mountain View, CA (the very heart of Silicon Valley) to buy it because there are very few Energica dealers in the USA. Here I am at the dealer, yesterday.

The bikes I now own (all run like new, all insured and registered, and I am the original owner of them all):

I recently rode a buddy's new 2019 BMW RT1250. What a nice bike! My only complaint was it ran from gasoline. I am more into the electric motorcycles. I am hooked on them! I am done buying a gas anything for life, but I have enough ICE vehicles to last the rest of my life and then some.

I've been looking at the Zero FX (and a few other) DS e-bikes. The prices are getting into the 'not far off' range and some with hot-swappable capabilities are making it more feasible for me to look at. For the distances I trail ride I would not mind swapping my gas DS for an e-DS. My Softail has to stay though

I've also been looking at adding a Triumph Tiger 1200 to the garage. Rented a handful of 'adventure' bikes over the last year to see what a liked (Eagle Rider) and that Tiger 1200 works for me. Love that I can actually get the seat low enough to not be awkward.

Still do. KTM 250XC is my main trail ride.

A bud came up from AZ and needed a fix of some twisties. So the GF and I took him out to Monitor Pass for a ride after we had tacos.
It was a great ride.

A few months ago I traded my Harley for a 4 seat RZR so my grand daughters could learn to drive off road and my bike riding buddy just moved to Texas. I do make offers to trade something I have for another Harley and some day will have one, I really miss wind.

Oh man ... your in the wrong end of the state! The good roads are up North.

This afternoon the GF and I rode over 200 miles to our favorite taquria. Hit some gooood curves.

BTW, it's a lot less commie away from the larger cities. SusuanVille, CA, which is just up Hwy 395 from here is quite conservative. And away from the major CA cities is where we do most of our riding.

FWIW, I did some riding in CA today. But CA is only a mile away from my house in Cold Springs Valley, NV and I was there today (16 miles NW of here) and took off on unpaved roads from there with my Suzuki DR200SE.

Last weekend the GF and I loaded the FZ's into the truck, unloaded them in Grass Valley and rode Hwy 49. Stopped at Basetts Station for lunch, rode to the top of Yuba Pass, then back down to Grass Valley. Put them back in the truck and went to Auburn. Stopped at the old Fosters Freeze for a bannana split, then on to the fairgrounds to watch some FAST FRIDAYS flat track racing. Great racing! Then back to Gardnerville. Got home about 130am.

Great times and we are gonna miss this part of living here when we move to Idaho.

Having lived in the Bay Area the last 25 years, I've ridden every road from Marin county to Tahoe. I used to do annual trips down to Death Valley along the coast. If it's twisty, I've ridden it. I'm looking forward to putting on some major highway miles and exploring the southwestern states awhile.

Hi guys, I may as well chime in. Rode Hayabusas for a number of years, 80% of that was two up with the wife. We also rode a GT1600, sweet ride. We rode dirt for a little while and have now settled into our road couch, a 17 Ultra limited, oh so comfy. The Harley is only bike we have now.

But I enjoy my addiction! Lately, I am mainly addicted to electric motorcycles. Ever ride one?

I put more miles on my three electric motorcycles than my other seven ICE bikes combined in the last few years.
