Work great with people and customer service, smart, hard working, well kept, always on time, etc.

If you decent at all with computers excel etc you can apply at marchex.con pay isn't the best at 16 an hour and it's a temp to full time but hours are Mon thru Fri 9 to 5.
 
 
Looking in LV, IT Break fix

Hey Guys,
I'm new to the LV area and looking for a good job. I have been doing Field Service break/fix on stepper kiosks, photo processors, pc controlled machines, also a little service with class II gaming machines....

Man i wish had the qualifications to do this (dont think a dremel and a hammer fit). whats the saying, find a job you love and you never work a day in your life.

I have a janitor position available. Must have reliable transportation, pass background, not be a felon and know how to clean.
 
I'm looking for someone that has a few years of facilities management & construction project management experience. The job would start out running a tenant improvement project and would likely transition into a facility management position.

You can't have any legal record or financial issues, a full background (financial and criminal) as well as a two type drug test will be performed.

An awesome opportunity for someone that wants to run a cafe at a Carson City college

My Wife works at Western Nevada College and just told me the cafe there will be up for a bid at the end of June.

The guy that runs it right now is losing his contract because of his actions, which happens to be being a douche and cussing out the College staff. Yes there's more about the guy running the place but I'll just leave it at that.

And the deal about the cafe is something I've never heard of. My Wife told me the fee's that are charged by the college are pretty much only a percentage of sales, the college pays water, power and even has students work for job training.
 
the grandview (timeshares/condos next to southpoint) are hiring for marketing people. I don't work there just overheard them needing people.

Anyone know how the entry level welding demand is?

Or well I don't even know if it's called entry level but I just learned how to do mig and smaw welding. Nothing crazy, did a few repairs on gates and stuff but I'd like to learn more and might even make a career out of it if everything goes well.

not in the career field but researched it a bit when i was tyounger. i ended up taking alot of calsses at a JC to get a welding certification.

I'm not certified. I was taking uncredited intro classes for smaw at one of the community colleges down here and I submitted my work to get certified for vertical with i think 3/8" or 1/2" but this was just before everyone went on xmas break and apparently the instructor I submitted it to doesn't end up doing a lot of the things he says he'd do during breaks :hung:

I considered joining the union but I emailed the local 525 but they said there's not a huge demand for welders and/or steamfitters....or was it just welders?

TEMP job needed ASAP

I am looking for a temp job for the month of July. I have sales, marketing and customer service background and management experience in all of these areas. I have a very good job but that won't start until 7/27.

Full time only, our company does not contract or outsource our installs. All employees get full benefits, health, dental, vision, etc. We believe in investing in our employees long term.
 
NDOC is trying hard to recruit me but they don't seem to get I'm not ok with PERS robbing my check and the Ely location. However this lady I have spoke to several times says within 2 weeks of testing, which is done the same day they plan to have me in the academy. This job isn't what I'm looking for, also the location while beautiful is too far from family and other obligations. However I figured I'd share the flyer I got in one of her 37 emails lol. It's recruitment 25047 on nvapps and they are taking anyone for ely state prison.
