Great deal as the new version Magpul magazines don't reliably drop freely from my early Noveske flared lower.

When I ordered mine a few weeks ago I had to find a promo code online for it. I backordered a bunch of ammo and Saiga 12 mags the other day and it looks like all of their promo codes had expired at the end of the year.

I got an email with tracking info saying my magazines have shipped. That is much faster than I was expecting.

That's interesting, I ordered mine 12/21 and I haven't gotten any emails. Just checked the website and nothing has been updated on my account. Did you just get the standard black ones?

Well I just got off of a twenty minute phone call with Brownells and basically they can't tell me why my order from 12/21 has not shipped and orders placed after that have shipped.

Yes, standard black. All orders for any other colors were cancelled because the black one are the only thing they are making right now. I ordered January 3rd, and then had to reorder on the 4th because they cancelled my first order because I didn't order black. On the 5th they stopped taking backorders.

I paid $125 plus shipping. I imagine they are sending out the more expensive orders first, not the first ones ordered. It makes perfect sense, but not very good for customer service. My total cost was about $40 more than the people who ordered in December because they were running a $99 deal with free shipping.

I did use a free shipping promotion code, but I paid 125 for all the mags.

They were still advertising free shipping when I bought mine but didn't want to complain until after I got them, because I didn't want to have them accidentally cancel my order. Now I am glad that I paid a bit more. Even at $14 each I think I got a decent deal.
