Questions or comments about an item for sale should be made via a PM to the ad OP, not put in a reply in the ad.
IF the ad OP feels that others may ask the same question , then they should put their answer to the the question in the original post that created the ad, by editing that original post , NOT in a reply post, which is what some folks do, thereby bumping the ad in less than 24 hours without appearing to bump it, since any new reply post in an ad brings it to the top of the list in that trading post section.
Since no one sees the question being answered because it was in a PM, we have had some members use these answer posts for an early bump, saying "ad update" in the reply post along with the answer to a question they were supposedly asked via a PM.

If you can find 9 people who think identically then yeah, everything will be enforced equally. Until then, some of us are more lenient than others. Some of us would let something slip through one hour and then next get annoyed at dealing with five year olds and our outlook changes. But yes like Nyeco said, PM is the way when asking about scratches and redonkulous asking prices.

Sure you can have multiple accounts, just turn them into commercial sponsor accounts. But if you cry about $20 for normal accounts (just to sell) you will freak out over the commercial options (just to make a post about your business). :eek:
After several years I am down to like $10 a post. But I suck at marketing........

So basically you are complaining about a pay to use fee for a minor portion of this forum after 13 years of using it for free, while not contributing much else. :sneaky:(y)

I ain't complaining, with the deals i find on here all the time $20 is nothing. I've spent more on garbage from walmart and amazon
