What you got to trade?? This is an approved form 1 full Zenitco sbr. comes with everything except the suppressor 3500 cash or equal value trade. Wolverine not included. Really interested in a galil ace gen 2 pistol. More pics available upon request.

Cool dude
Awesome krink build with all that zenitcos!

This has already been form 1d as a SBR?

So we’d have to do a Form 4 to your name out of my name. I work at Peacemaker Firearms and we can do all the paperwork here. The rifle would stay here until the form is approved.

Ahh ok, ty for the info got too many NFA already pending

Or it can be altered into non-NFA configuration and merely removed from the registry. Last I heard, this removal is not even required, but is just requested, so there is no need to even wait for an acknowledgement.

Then it can be reassembled once a new Form 1 is approved. Meanwhile, it wouldn't have to be "in jail." The Form 1 and Form 4 are both $200, so there's no difference there I can see. The Form 1 may even be a faster approval.

Is there any way to confirm this i keep seeing conflicting information

Yes you could just pin and weld a faux suppressor of some sort and I could remove it from the registry. If you want to remove the pin and weld than you’d have to file a new form 1 which is approved in about 25 days and stays in your possession.

If you do a pin and weld, then transfer the firearm the firearm is transferred as a long gun (non NFA item) to the new owner. The seller then sends an email to the ATF NFA division using a template stating they are removing it from the registry. All that is needed is a copy of the F1/4 stamp, and a signature from the stamp owner. The ATF replies via email, and just save a copy for your records. I did this three years ago with a 107UR.

This ^^

Couldn't you just remove the shoulder stock? No need to even brace it. Just leave it as a pistol. No one cares about the "once a rifle" thing. You just don't want to have an unregistered NFA thing, which it would no longer be.

Or, how easy are barrel swaps on those?

Barrel swaps on aks aren’t easy. There are braces made for that model, and they look pretty good too.
