I have a Used XM Commander Touch. This will let you add satellite radio to almost any car stereo. I used it for a few weeks until I bought the Kenwood... $25 obo!
Next is a Kenwood DDX6902s. I bought this from a coworker to upgrade my stock stereo, but I didn't like it. The unit sounds very nice, but is super slow to start up, and is only compatible with Apple phones for apps and stuff. It currently just has the stock wiring, and has some extras to fit in a second gen Tacoma. 50 obo!
