I cannot find a "site feedback" or "report issues" button or page or forum anywhere. I would like to report or discuss features and shortcomings of the site itself. In which forum shall I post those?

Fair enough. I found an Admin by randomly searching forum thread posts. Was there a more direct way to locate an Admin to PM?

Not really, could go to member tab, many are listed there

Go to members and select staff They should show up in there. But then again a Moderator should be able to help you out as well.

Well since most of the Mods and Admins have been here for years and posted a lot they show up in the top 20. In fact half are mods or admin and several others were.
