Howdy,
Where are the good ( relatively local) places or people to ask if I am looking for the old tube fed receivers in working condition? Mainly the Hallicrafter models, but the important thing being in working condition. Do any ever appear at the local Ham get togethers? Any good shops to go and see?
Thanks.

There is a big HAM swap meet in Vegas, I can't remember the day of the week / Month or location, never have gone, but I know a couple of old hams here in Pahrump who go to it regularly, will find out for ya Jim.
And a buddy of mine just hauled a Hallicrafters HT-32A to Pahrump from CA, I'll be sure to ask him as well.

eHam.net also has a trading post section I believe. eHam.net

Ahh, found the hamswap meet info
