Weird running hot issue

Solves the question of whether or not you should get a new T stat, eh?
 
Bypassing the heater core didn’t fix anything. The HVAC box is not water tight and with as much water as you’re dumping in it the floor would be wet. Again, do a pressure test and find out where all that water is going.
