I bought it and used it for a build about 8 years ago. It has seen 800-1000 rounds of use. This upper receiver is complete with rear sight, forward assist, and ejection port cover. The barrel is 16 inch 5.56mm 1 in 7 inch twist carbine gas length. It is a Palmetto State Armory barrel made by FN and is cold hammer forged and chrome lined. Round count is about 300, only shot it twice in the 4 years I have had it. It has the barrel nut/delta ring assembly, round hand guard retainer, front sight post, and A2 flash hider. All you need to add is a gas tube and hand guard. $100.00 cash.
