Hey I had a leather shop in Las Vegas for over 17 years, I used to provide warranty service for a couple of the retailers in the Forum shops and elsewhere. I very rarely if EVER had to work on a Tumi bag, at most I had to put on some leather monogrammed patches on pieces, and after examining a few of their pieces I BOUGHT me a set, from a repair standpoint I have seen a lot of bags of luggage and what happens to them. in my humble opinion you cannot go wrong with TUMI worth EVERY penny, short of buying an aluminum case this is the best money can buy, its not a name or a status symbol your are actually buying QUALITY and DURABILITY... sorry I don't often chime in but I felt I had to in this case... Good luck with the sale
