Just bought this and realized it doesn’t “technically” work for the handgun I’ve intended on using it for.
I purchased the optic for an FN-FNX45. Now, according to the manual, the overhang of the optic cannot hang over the pistols ejection port at all. With this firearm, it hangs over just enough to where I think it could cause a malfunction with rounds ejecting properly. I already have all my other handguns setup with HDs, so I don’t have a need.
I figured I would list it here for a couple days to offer up a little bit of a deal for someone who plans on getting one anyway. I’m asking $700 now. I just paid $850 with tax. It’s literally only been set on the pistol and then taken back off. If included a picture of the mounting instructions so you can see what I mean. I was aware of the issue as I have other HDs but I never thought to test mount one on this firearm because it’s never been an issue.
