Greetings. I'm leasing a water store at this location in south Las Vegas. Considering subleasing to someone local who would like a nice commercial storefront in a busy location. The neighbors are all restaurants. The property is basically inside the food court area but there are no limitations (except a coffee shop. Starbucks has exclusivity rights in the shopping center)
Anyone out there with a business they'd like to promote? Just got permission from corporate to allow a sublease in the store.
