EDIT: Found this, but it might depend on what gun, too:

WILL NOT WORK FOR GLOCK™ MOS SLIDES. There are specific screws (not sold by us) sold for only MOS slides.
What 3 screws do you get? (x2) #6-32 x 3/8" and (x1) #6-32 x 7/16" Flat Head Socket Cap Black Oxide Alloy Steel Screws. The shorter #6-32 x 3/8" is used on the side of the slide to prevent binding of the Extractor Depressor Plunger.

6-32 you can find at most Ace Hardware, as well as McFadden Dale. You need to know which length you need.
Are you doing direct slide mount, or to a plate system?

Plate system on an xc. Not super deep. Gonna try some holosun screws I have
