It didn't get locked (until now) because all the OP did was put
Lock Up in the title, it could go months without a Mod or Admin seeing that, please folks, use the REPORT button to ask to have your ads closed! That sends an immediate email message (not a PM, an email) to the Mods and Admin and will see your ad getting closed much faster.
