Do you guys have a kiosk, or paper forms?

Paper forms. We do all of the paperwork and take care of sending it in at no addl cost. All that is needed from the buyer is photos, fingerprint cards and payment for the tax stamp. (we have the cards) Current turnaround is 9-12 months for a Form4. We received 3 back last week at 9 months but the week before that they were 12 months.
