It’s a Dawson front & rear. And no they did not cut the slide. This model RO came with the bomar rear sight cut, so the replacement was also a standard bomar

FYI, Springfield never used the BoMar rear sight, they used LPA's which is a slightly different cut. And that sight is not a BoMar or a Dawson. It looks like a Harrison but I just wanted to make sure. Why would you remove an adjustable sight and replace it with a rather large fixed sight?

The hammer is a stock Springfield hammer so am I correct in assuming all of the trigger parts except the trigger are stock?

It that a S&A magwell? Is it blended into the frame?

My mistake, there Harrison sights.

http://www.harrisoncustom.com

HD-006-U Extreme Service Rear Sight
103-DP-020-024 Front sight

And according to the Harrison description,
“CAD designed and CNC 3-D machined specifically to fit the Springfield TRP Operator as well the standard BoMar cut.”
It’s my understanding that the TRP is the only LPA sight.

and I removed the adjustable rear sight because it was extremely uncomfortable to carry, cut into my side and tore several shirts,( this was my carry gun for a while). Also I’m not shooting a .45acp 50+ yards so elevation is not a concern of mine, and I never had a problem with moving the front sight for windage, and never needed to adjust for either.. YMMV.
I went with a beefy rear sight for one handed racking.

Yes it’s a S&A magwell/msh.
(This was in my original description)

And no the S&A magwell is not blended.

Yes all trigger parts are stock other than the trigger itself. That’s why nothing else is listed.

I only use my Springfield RO for competition and even with the OWB holster, the sight was sharp if it touched you, including slide manipulation. I got pretty aggressive with a file and made mine almost a semicircle. Yours looks much nicer. Got mine from WWG, too, and had them take it immediately into the back and do the trigger.

Yea the GunSmith at WWG is good. He did such a good job on my Wilson trigger, I thought he polished my sear and disconnector at first. To my surprise he did not.
I also changed the trigger because the serrated one it came with would start hurting my finger after 3 or 4 mags. Very sharp.
