Will this bolt lock open after the last round in the mag is fired? Also, which handguard is this? Thanks!

If you use the upper with the Endomag, yes it will lock back after last round. As for the handguard, I’m unsure, it’s been in my extra parts so I gave it a home on this upper. It’s a 8” Stoner barrel and a 6” free float quad rail
