I do not know the size, there are no labels. I’m 6’3” 200 lbs and it fits well. It is adjustable. You are more than welcome to check it out.

Carriers are usually adjust to fit, they are made to hold 8x10 plates with attachment points, but the shoulder straps and side bands are adjustable. If anything if you are smaller it might be a bid hard to get tight.
