Any info on exactly what kind of ammo/ who manufactured this ammo? Year of production?

Bullet weight?

Or is this reloaded ammo that you happened to use corrosive primers on, and lots of different brass,etc?

Head stamp states, year is 69, it also says ZV which I think is Yugoslavian, and I think it is 147 grain.
