Ruger #6970 American Ranch Compact rifle in 300 Blackout. No longer offered by Ruger. Compact/youth version with shorter 12.5" LOP makes it 34.75" over all length. Shot about 75 rounds total. See ammo testing targets below. Seems to like 220gr Armscor subsonics the best of the subs. Never shot supersonic ammo through it. Original box, manual, 4 magazines included.
