Looks great Marn! Don’t hesitate to buy from him. He’s as solid as you’ll find. Good luck with the sale.
Thanks!

This was a fun project just have my eye on a different prize.

Is it the fact that it was born a "Shockwave" the thing that makes it legal to own??

Well it would be legal to own regardless as long as you paid the tax stamp and had the paperwork.

This is not a shotgun. It is a firearm as per ATF definition, and therefore barrel length is irrelevant, as long as the overall length is greater than 26”

It doesn’t matter if it was born a shockwave or if it was born a more typical ‘cruiser’ type PGO firearm and you built your own version of a shockwave.

As long as it came from the factory as a PGO firearm, and not a shotgun.

That being said, while I appreciate the interest and love spreading knowledge of firearms laws to those that are interested, please either do some research if you have questions or start a thread in a different portion of the forum.

If you have questions directly related to the gun that I have for same, or have interest in purchasing it, please feel free to ask here or PM me. I'd prefer not coming back to keep reading posts that do not involve the sale of this 100% perfectly legal non-NFA firearm :)
