I hope you’re planning on leaving him Negative feedback if it has nothing to do with your listing, especially considering you were in contact with him via PM. Too many new members not honoring the obligation of “I’ll Take It” and other forum rules.

bdubs89131, I have several transaction with various members without any issues. I contacted Hiramg702 with the situation. I don't have a problem if he chooses to leave a negative feedback. You should probably have more info before chirping in.
