Looking for a high resolution camera set up to photo my double barrel. Where does the USB connect to?

Lowered Price

No. I'll do that right now

I grew up with a Pentax K1000 and learned film photography. Became a Nikon man and did a lot of photography for the Navy, all on film. You get to do a lot more practice and perfect your techniques when someone else buys the film and developing, and you have a LOT of different things to photograph. Navy wasn't paying for it, either; it was part of the package from a private contractor that had the rights to the yearbook photography.

All that is to say, film photography rules, and Canon was the second best gear out there! GLWS.

I did a lot of weddings and stuff after the Navy, but when the world went digital, I hung it up. My skill was perfecting the shot BEFORE the shutter went off.

You want to talk about "old!" I got this one when I was in Jr. High School. For $30 or a box of 9mm/.380, you can have it as a paper weight or a conversation piece. At least it won't be in my closet anymore. That'll make the wife happy! :giggle:

Wow. That brings back some memories. My aunt had one, but I had to scrub my brain a bit to remember where I had seen that Polaroid before.

Super cool time-capsule find!

I got one of these for Xmas back in the early 80's!

Had the same speed lite flash too!

My first pictures were taken with a Land Polaroid just like that one. Didn't have the flash though! First picture I ever took was of my tabby cat sitting on the mulberry tree in the front yard in NLV.

My first one was a Kodak Instamatic 110. :)

I still have 2 AE-1 Programs, motor drive, lenses, filters, flash unit, etc. from my Navy days. I've had them for sale on a camera website, but no takers.

Good luck!

Thx....I've also Facebook'd, OfferUp and Craigslist'd it so we'll see what happens.

If you find someone who collects them and wants more, let me know. :)

My middle son still shoots a ton of film , so much that I had to convert my workshop shower into a darkroom for him. 35mm , medium format , large format , polaroid sx-70 , shoots it all. He even uses an adaptor on his Lumix Mirrorless to use all his Canon FD glass.

I learned photography with a Topcon 35mm SLR and the Hickam AFB photolab hobby shop back in the early 1970s. I lost all my film cameras 20 years ago in a divorce.
I came back to photography in 2015 with an Olympus OMD EM-1 digital camera. Film is great if that is the only option. Once you go digital you never go back.

Same as going black?

My Cousin did photography for the Navy back in the 80's, his A school was at an Army base in Indianapolis, Ft. Benjamin Harrison.
