I have used these for the past number of years while working in the garage to heat & cool to make it more comfortable.
The swamp cooler looks a bit rough because of hard water deposits and whatnot but the pads are in good shape and it’s ready to go.
I am looking for $45 for the cooler, $10 for the heater buy both and I will toss the heater in for free for the asking price of the swamp cooler.
