Up for sale is my Beretta 92FS Italian. I've upgraded the trigger spring and hammer and added Beretta wood grips. It comes with box and papers. First "I'll take it" gets it, but money talks... FTF in Henderson preferably. Buyer must have current Nevada drivers license and blue card, Bill of sale required. Price is $525 includes (3) magazines.

Not new... obviously behind the times? Just trying to be “law and order, all the way”...
Then do a little reading...... You will find that all you need to do to be within the law is ask if they are legally able to purchase/own a gun in Nevada. Covers your ass in every respect.

Actually, you have no obligation to even ask. You just can't have good reason to suspect otherwise.

BTW, I had an original 92. Great shooter.

Yours is beautiful. (y)

I'll take it, have NV DL and glad to sign a bill of sale and will require a copy with your information as well. I can also show you my local government ID if that helps. I work out of the county Russell Road office so could make the transaction at lunch close to there, or somewhere else after hours.

Beautiful pistol!

I've got an older stainless one made in Italy.

Glad this sold and removed the temptation!
