For sale, new in box, never fired by me, Heckler & Koch SP5 . Comes with everything in the box from HK , 2 mags, tool, HK sling, HK Bag etc. Not a scratch on it . Only selling as I need funds for another project I am working on.

Price is $3000 FIRM. I am willing to ship to your FFL you pay shipping

Prefer Transfer to take place at Juggernaut Arms in Sparks and buyer pays transfer fee ($30 + tax on transfer fee, not the gun, No tax on the gun. I repeat no tax on the gun) . CCW preferred (as you can leave same day with CCW at Juggernaut).
Open to other FFLs to transfer at as well.

When did shops start charging tax on private transfers? I’ve done plenty of private party purchases and have never paid tax, let alone been asked how much I was paying. The only time I’ve ever been asked about tax is if I’ve had a firearm transferred from an out-of-state FFL.

Same. Have done many transfers and have had guns shipped to ffl from online purchases. Never been asked about tax. Is this something brand new or something just not enforced. Either way, another reason we should stop giving away money for transfers.

Wtf? They charge tax on a transfer now??

Tax is only on the $30 fee , not the gun .
Corrected listing .

No tax on gun. Only tax on transfer fee of $30

They aren’t Reno guns and range LOL (who I have seen first hand collect tax from the gun on a private transfer in person . Shame on them )

Gotcha, i was about to say thats nuts lol but even still its strange to have tax on a transfer because its a service and not goods.

I see the transfer as "labor", and there should be no tax on labor. I have been charged tax at three different locations though.

Bump.
Open to other FFL's to transfer at as well. Juggernaut seems to be the quickest and cheapest for transfers.

Bump. May consider shipping , otherwise will be going on gunbroker
