They aren't going to "help" you while they ask you step on your own constitutional rights... Compliance is voluntary and unenforceable. Molan Labe!
 
You can thank your Governor for that. It is not a gun store policy but State law. If you have a valid NV CCW you can walk in and purchase a brand new firearm without background check and leave the same day. Private party transfer? Oh well even CCW holders need a background check. Does it make sense? Nope, but so much for "common sense" gun laws.

That's a textbook slippery slope logical fallacy statement brother. I'm not going to clutter up the OP's thread with a debate, but I never said anything about acceptance of said law, righteousness, or constitutionality. I was merely helping them understand what it stated.
