Updated info, since listing only two people have looked at it, first made an offer which I didn't accept, second wanted to buy it, but he had recent knee surgery and decided he shouldn't get it. I only mention this in case you are questioning why this hasn't sold. It is in good condition, very clean.

So over the summer we like to spend time with our grandkids in cooler climates, which is why I often don't bump this. And also makes showing it interesting, but for another week or so we r available so if you are interested come and look. It really is nice and clean.
