This Smith & Wesson, Military & Police, model 1905 (1905-1942 - 4th Change) in .38 Spl cal. It is in approx. 85% condition (bluing is fading but no corrosion). 6 shot fluted cylinder, 6" and pinned barrel, original checkered walnut grips. Serial#280176 (approx. 1000000 made). Bore is shiny with great rifling. Cylinder locks up tight with no end shake. Wonderful specimen, perfectly operational, and fantastic shooter.
