I over tightened the mounting screw using a dovetail mount. Depressed the bottom portion that mates with the dovetail insert, damaging the electronics. Installer induced failure, LOL.

Would you know if your Romeo 1 would fit on the Sig 320 compact slide?
The Romeo 1 and the Pro have different footprint. The 1 has it own footprint and the Pro have the same footprint as the Leupold DPP pro.

If your mount doesn't have have the locating stud, the romeo 1 will screw right in. They have the same bolt hole location.

Thank you, I need the Romeo 1 pro then for my 320 compact?
If you have just a P320 compact bone stock then your slide needs milled to fit any RDS. Now if you have an X-Carry/compact, Legion x5, M17 or M18 then your slide is milled for certain optics. Not sure what model you have. I bought just a base model p320 compact because I changed my slide to a Pro cut slide, true precision barrel, Wilson combat grip module, and apex flat trigger and no reason to buy a M18 or x carry and change everything like I did.
