Pahrump
Everything still here and lot in Duck Creek has NS price of $150,000. Thinking of listing Pahrump real estate which means a higher price so get it while it is hot!
 
Duck Creek, Utah lot is pending.
 
Duck Creek lot sold. Talking to RE agent about listing the Pahrump real estate and after doing a CMA it looks like everything took a big jump in price so I will be changing my ad.
