Originally built as a competitor to the Remington 700 P (police), the Savage FCP-SR was sold to Police Departments for tactical use. Later generations were 'downgraded' for general consumers.
24 inch fluted barrel shoots consistently sub MOA with 168-178 grain bullets. Barrel is 5R rifling carbon steel, threaded for supressor or muzzle break.
Some upgrades were added including a new fluted bolt sleeve to smooth cycling, lugs were polished, and a dragon muzzle break was added.
The stock was replaced with a KRG Bravo, though I still have the original camo accustock with an added adjustable cheek piece.
Runs well, shoots well.
Scope and Bipod arn't included in sale price, though scope can be included. It is a Bushnell Elite DMR 3.5-18x50 with Seekins Rings
I do have a KRG Bravo Arca Rail (uninstalled) which is included.
Price is $1700 (Scope is extra)
