Hi, our Sacramento home closes in April and we can't find a rental in CC that will accept a dog and a cat. I'm supposed to start work in reno 4/30 and am getting desperate. Anyone have a lead? Thanks, Rob.

Try the Coldwell Banker office in Dayton (775) 246-8500

They were much easier to work with than other realtors in the area, and helped me find a nice, dog friendly rental home when my previous plan fell through less than two weeks before my moving date.

Sure, it's in Dayton, but that's just a few minutes down the road from Carson.

Housing's pretty tight up here these days. Lots of hiring activity out at USA Parkway. Good new is plenty of construction going on, but it is not going to be easy. Dayton's pretty far away from Reno, but there's nothing in my Carson City neighborhood.

I see a larger house in Reno that takes "small pets" on zillow, rent along with purchasing a house outright is going up all over the area here.

Its a very tough market. We have 2 income properties and they rent out for more than the management company thinks they will, usually within 24 hrs.
