For sale is a Palmetto State Armory Premium 10.5" upper receiver. This is PSA's premium upper with a FN made and marked cold hammer forged barrel. Also includes a PSA marked premium BCG that has a 158 carpenter steel bolt and HPT/MPI tested. Upper has only 120 rounds through it and taken to the range once. This upper setup would cost between $500-600 + tax/shipping on the PSA website. Upper is practically new and has functioned flawlessly, only selling to help fund another build I'm working on.
