We have built an 8kw solar array, have a 14kWh wall mounted EG4 battery in the barn and a 20’ brand new container is on site. The asking price is $230,000. We have a POA (Property Owner Association) and its objective is road maintenance/plowing and to simply keep people from trashing their properties but they are not a nanny-state HOA. However, no Short Term Rentals are permitted here and I don’t think it is conducive to setting up a full on shooting range although you can certainly shoot on your property which backs up to public and ranch land.
This 36 acre ranch is the finest property in the area and backs up to a huge 30,000 acre cattle ranch. We are approximately 30 minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon South Rim and 45 minutes from Flagstaff and 30 minutes from Williams, AZ. Altitude is 6,200 feet. The only trade I am interested in is a property in or near the Duck Creek area for my RV/cabin.
