All background/transfer fees are buyers responsibility. This will take place at ventura munitions. I will not sell any other way. Ventura charges $25. They hold gun till you pass background. I was told today be ventura that right now it's about 24 hours to get background back.
Savage model 111 30/06 with Simmons 3-9x40. I've only shot 5 rounds through it to make sure it functioned properly. Round count unknown.
