Just as a point of order, as they say; if you return the firearm to non-NFA configuration (16” barrel, or remove the stock) it can be sold without any other requirements. You do not need to remove the firearm from the registry.

Was that an SBR direct from Arsenal or did M13 do the SBR ?
 
This is a SAM7SFK-80 rifle that had the Gambit (barrel extension/flash hider) removed. You can see it laying in the box. Not a “factory SBR”, but you can see the intention.
