The 357 dies Roll Crimp the case about 1/8" above the 38 special case.

RCBS .357 mag and .44 mag dies come with a machined spacer you use between the die and the press when you load .38 spec and .44 spec. to compensate for the case lengths. or you can adjust the die in the press.
