Place that will do trailer maint?

Was recently given a single axle trailer (like the kind you see lawn guys rolling around with). It has been sitting for about 8 years. Tires have air, but I'm sure they are bad. Wondering if anyone knows a reputable place that can inspect, check/lube, and get a new set or tires (3 really w/ the spare)? Located up by Wagonwheel in Henderson, currently.
