QC1871F82 is a Model 83P Selective Numbering Head 3/16" Sharp Face Gothic Characters 2 letter wheels and 4 figure wheels with a Model 98 custom shank. The press Serial #656C82 is a Model 98 Marking Platform. Can take more photos upon request.
I contacted them with all info, and was informed this set up brand new was roughly $4k.
