I have a new in box, never fired Palmetto State Armory 16" M4 CARBINE-LENGTH 5.56 NATO 1/7 PHOSPHATE CLASSIC UPPER W/O BCG OR CH. No BCG or charging handle. It came in the mail last week and I have decided to go with another build before this one so this upper needs to go. I have receipt showing I paid 303$ after tax and shipping. Asking 300$

Matt, it would probably help folks if you could provide the link to the actual upper purchased since PSA has so many different grades of uppers that they make.
