1990's version of a 723 Carbine. Bushmaster mil-spec 1:9 barrel (more accurate than 1:7 with 62 gr.) Correct and rare early lock ring with two round holes, JP spring kit, Fulton Armory upper receiver, Colt handguards. I fired this maybe 30 rounds. $750 and buyer pays for transfer.
