Cannot sell reloads on the site (unless factory reloads).

They are factory reloads, non are reloaded by me. I'm well aware of the law, neater do I have access to any reloading equipment.

Would you mind posting more details about the 9mm? (manufacturer, grain, steel or brass case, new or reloads, etc)
 
Do you know an approximate # of rounds a pound is? I have no idea
