But if anyone owns/operates a taco cart, I am looking for one for my wedding on 10/12/2019 in Indian Springs. Approximately 45 minutes from Las Vegas. Expecting 100 people.

I don't have one but, wanted to say... that's a fun idea. simple too. hope it works out.
 
went to a party Sunday , they used Taco Guy Pascual 702-250-3103

Food was excellent and very professional.
