You can buy a new one cheap enough, such as here and have it shipped to your house.

One can also have the entire kit EXCEPT the lower shipped to you house. That is how I made my AR15 pistol.

I purchased the lower receiver locally in Reno.

Before the CA cops get hot over this, I better mention that this was all for NV!

Such things as AR 15 pistols are illegal here in Commiefornia, of course.
