Might help if you confirm she has current Nevada ID, AND a CCW, since you are saying she plans on carrying it concealed.

I have plenty guns she just can't seem to rack the slide or control the recoil well with my sd40ve , glock 21 or taurus g2c

Best bet would be to go to gun stores and try them out to see which ones she can rack the slide. Then go from there.

the ones I mentioned she could rack and control the shot placement but I decided if I could come here see if anyone had something I could save a few bucks I mean I was gonna buy this sccy but the guy wants too much 250 with 2 mags and no ammunition or the box and the round count was high

Hammerless revolvers are excellent options for women’s self defense; they can be fired from inside a pocket /handbag without a FTE + if the attacker is up close and personal (unfortunately common with attacks on women) the revolver will still fire if it’s jammed into the attackers gut wherein a semi-auto would go out of battery
bonus: no issues with cycling a slide

why would this matter for the purchase of the firearm? It’s on her to carry it in a legal fashion, not the person selling the pistol.

Your virtue signaling notwithstanding, my suggestion is just that - a suggestion that might help the OP find a seller.

There are many potential sellers who might care about this information, particularly when the potential buyers post could make it appear he is buying for someone else (could be construed as a straw purchase by those who like to consider themselves legal experts, or "barracks lawyers" as they were called in the Army), AND his post specifically noted that she plans on carrying the firearm concealed.

^....this 100%. My son bought this for his fiancé. Since this is yours I wouldn’t cheap out. That firearm is super easy for a petite woman to run, I’ve seen it first hand and am training her as we go forward with her getting a CCW.

Hopefully the mere presence will be enough to deter anyone from pursuing her if she has to present and racking the slide will never be needed except for your training her. We spent the better part of a weekend shopping and testing. The M&P 380 Shield EZ was the clear winner for her.

++++1 (what he said). S&W M&P 380 EZ is perfect for petite women.

If she can't handle the recoil or the slides on those guns, a PF9 or LC9 makes no sense. Those guns will kick harder and the slides have less to grab onto with stiffer springs.

The Glock 21 is a very soft shooting gun compared to an LC9.
