I often see Lh compounds on clearance on sportsmans website.
 
Archerytalk is the best used classified platform I have found. I have a dozen right hand laying around but that wont do you any good.
 
If you havent checked them out yet the have a whole lefty classified section.
 
I have a fully set up Mathewes Helium 28 inch draw I can sell. I just got a Vertix. String and tune was done by Impact archery

Its a short and very light bow. Its killed a few whitetails
 
I have a Bear compound left hand with sights and quiver. Never shot if interested.
Bought it 15 years ago with the intent of learning the bow.
