This has been turned on for literally 2 mins over the course of a year or so. Was mounted on my MPX and then sitting in safe for about 6 months.

Comes w/ light, switch and charger. Not sure which mounts I have still (sold my other one and it may have had extras in it), but I for sure have the Arisaka offset mount for the MPX. It should also work for any other handguard as well, its just angled differently.
