If the gun store will do the transfer they may have to ship it to your local ffl store for pickup

Military orders like stationed in NV?

If stationed here it's probably easier as I believe you are a resident of the state your permanent orders say.

If you are on military orders stationed here, then you are basically a NV resident and can purchase firearms.
